Important information about supported scanners and test activation.

Which scanners may need to be flashed? +
Launch EasyDiag 2.0, EasyDiag 3.0, EasyDiag Plus, Golo 3, Golo 4, Golo 5 (Vpecker), M-Diag Lite, M-Diag Pro, M-Diag Mini, M-Diag Plus, older DBScar models, DBScar 3, DBScar 5, DBScar 7, HD3 Module, SmartLink C, SmartLink B, eDiag, eDiag Mini, eDiag Plus and ThinkDiag 2 (Kingbolen) may require flashing via an ST-Link or J-Link programmer if the XDIAG boot files have not already been installed.
My serial number contains letters. Can it be activated? +
No. Activation is available only for scanners with a 12-digit numeric serial number. Letters and spaces are not accepted.
My scanner has never been used with XDIAG. What do I need? +
For scanners that have not previously activated any brands, an official brand or EOBD may be required. Send us the serial number and scanner model so we can check first.
How do I receive the free test? +
Submit your scanner number and contact email using the form below. If accepted, the application and login information will be sent by email. Please also check your spam folder.
What is included in the test version? +
The test uses EOBD2 to verify communication and basic functionality. In the vehicle-brand field, tell us which vehicle you intend to connect to.
How long is the test available? +
The test access and module download period is normally limited to one day after the account details are issued. Complete the test promptly.
Can I request another trial later? +
A repeat test may be declined if the scanner has already received a test activation, including through another seller or website.
